Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your DexToro account (Google Play package com.dextoro.pro) and the personal data associated with it.

Delete your account from inside the app

Withdraw any remaining balance first. For your protection, deletion is blocked while a meaningful balance remains — your wallet is self-custodial (Turnkey), so funds are yours to move out.
Open the DexToro app and go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This action is irreversible.

Can’t access the app?

Email iosdextoro@gmail.com from the email address on your DexToro account and ask us to delete it. We’ll process the request and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in identity (email / authentication records).
Your profile data stored by DexToro (username, profile image, app preferences, in-app activity records).

What is not controlled by DexToro

DexToro is a non-custodial app. Your wallet keys are held via Turnkey, and on-chain transactions on the Solana blockchain are public and permanent — they are not owned or controlled by DexToro and cannot be removed by deleting your account.

Data retention

Account and personal data are deleted promptly upon request. A limited set of records may be retained only where required to meet a legal, accounting, or security obligation, and are removed when no longer required.
